Difficulty: Easy peasy
You will need:
- Acrylic paints
- Sharpie pens
Step 1: Make your fingerprints
Hard boil some eggs and leave them to cool.
If you don’t want to use hard boiled eggs you can buy plastic or polystyrene eggs at craft shops to decorate too.
Dip your thumb in some paint and print it on the egg.
For bunnies make two prints, one large thumbprint and one smaller fingerprint above it.
For chicks make one large yellow fingerprint in yellow or gold paint.
Step 2: Add on details with Sharpie pens
Once your paint is dry use Sharpies pens to add some detail.
Draw on bunny ears, eyes, a nose and some whiskers.
Or draw eyes, a beak and legs to your little chicks.
Step 3: Decorate your home with your eggsellent eggs
That’s all it takes to decorate your eggs. Your thumb and fingerprints turn into little Easter creatures in a few minutes.
If you like you could keep adding to the designs.
You could draw on flowers or tufts of grass or anything you like.
