How do I make parsnip and spinach puree?

Peel and chop the parsnip and add it to a steamer with some washed spinach leaves.

Then steam for 20 minutes or until the parsnip pieces are soft all the way through.

Empty the pieces into a blender and add either a little water or some of baby’s milk to make it extra creamy.

If baby has tried dairy you could even add some cow’s milk too.

Add as much as you need to to get the right consistency for you and blend until smooth.
