This carrot, strawberry and mango baby puree is packed with ingredients that are naturally high in Vitamin C. Using only fresh fruit and vegetables, it’s a great addition to baby’s first meals.

Ingredients
1ripe mango
2carrots
150gramsfresh raspberries or strawberries(about 1 punnet)
Instructions
Peel the mango and chop it into chunks.
Peel and chop the carrots.
Wash the raspberries or strawberries (hull the strawberries and chop them in half).
Steam everything together for 10 minutes until all pieces are soft.
Place the soft pieces in a blender and add a little water or baby's milk. How much depends on the consistency you want so pour it in a little at a time.
Blend it into a smooth puree. If you have extra you can spoon it into ice cube trays and freeze for up to 1 month for future meals.
