Healthy Bircher Muesli with berries

Our healthy Bircher Muesli is made with fresh berries, chia seeds and sunflower seeds for a great tasting and healthy breakfast. You put it all together in a few minutes the night before. The next morning, you have a healthy and nutritious breakfast with no prep required!

  • 100 grams oats gluten free
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 150 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 40 grams raspberries chopped
  • 40 grams strawberries chopped


  • Chop your fruit into rough pieces.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
  • Cover in cling film and place in the fridge overnight.
  • Enjoy the next morning garnished with fresh fruit or you can store covered in the fridge for up to 2 days.
