Easy smoked salmon pinwheels
These smoked salmon pinwheels take 2 minutes to make and they look great spread out as a moorish party treat. As an added bonus, you can make these ahead of time, wrap them in cling-film and cut them into rolls just before serving them.
Servings 15 smoked salmon pinwheels
- 120 grams smoked salmon
- 150 grams cream cheese
- 15 grams fresh dill
- 1 lemon for squeezing
Lay out a soft white tortilla wrap.
Spread your wrap with cream cheese leaving a one cm border around the edges.
Scatter a few chopped dill leaves over the cream cheese.
Lay a few slices of smoked salmon on top of the dill.
Squeeze lemon juice over the salmon.
Roll the tortilla up tightly and cut into sushi like rounds. Enjoy this great snack or quick meal.
