Ingredients
100gramsoatsgluten free
1tbspchia seeds
1tbspsunflower seeds
150mlmilk
3tbspmaple syrup
½ tspvanilla extract
1tbsporange juice
40 gramsraspberrieschopped
40gramsstrawberrieschopped
Instructions
Chop your fruit into rough pieces.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
Cover in cling film and place in the fridge overnight.
Enjoy the next morning garnished with fresh fruit or you can store covered in the fridge for up to 2 days.
