½applepink lady or sweet variety
1avocadoripe and soft
water
Instructions
Peel and cut the apple into pieces. If you’re offering some on the side as finger food make them chunks that are big enough for baby to grasp.
Steam or boil the apple pieces for 10 minutes until soft.
Scoop out a ripe avocado into chunks. If offering some avocado to baby as finger food then cut some extra pieces out into long thick batons too.
Place the steamed apple in a blender together with the soft ripe avocado. Add enough water or baby’s milk to smooth the mixture to your desired consistency. Blend until smooth and creamy.
