How to make homemade ice lollies?
Homemade ice lollies have become so popular lately, because they’re super easy to make and have fresh fruits and natural ingredients.
Making a popsicle can be as simple as pouring orange juice into ice lolly moulds and freezing them. Otherwise you can take your favourite combinations of fruit and blend them with some water, juice or honey to make your very own versions.
For these triple berry ice lollies we’ve chosen to use delicious strawberries, blueberries and raspberries which you blend with honey and some coconut milk.
Pass the mixture through a sieve and pour into your ice lolly holders.
The sieving step is optional but we prefer to sieve the mixture to remove the pieces of blueberry skin and seeds. Some little tasters (aka toddlers) prefer lollies that are smooth and ‘bit free’.
