Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 apples, peeled
  • 100 grams oats with raisins (we used fruity oats by alara)
  • 250 grams yoghurt
  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon milk
  • 2 Tablespoons maple syrup

 

Instructions

  1. Grate the peeled apples and bananas.
  2. Mix in the fruits with the raisin oats, yoghurt, cinnamon, milk and maple syrup.
  3. Stir until combined.
  4. Spoon into glass jars or bowls. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
