Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 2 apples, peeled
- 100 grams oats with raisins (we used fruity oats by alara)
- 250 grams yoghurt
- 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon milk
- 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions
- Grate the peeled apples and bananas.
- Mix in the fruits with the raisin oats, yoghurt, cinnamon, milk and maple syrup.
- Stir until combined.
- Spoon into glass jars or bowls. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
