Cut strips of felt long enough to go round your tea lights to make scarves.
You can also use ribbon.
Step 3: Glue on the scarf
Use a glue gun or strong fabric glue to stick the scarf round the tee light, crossing it over at the bottom.
Step 4: Snip little tassels on the ends of your scarf
Use scissors to make lots of little snips to make tassels at the ends of your scarf.
Step 5: Make the hats
Cut out some little hat shapes and some little strips of felt to make the bottom of the bobble hats.
Step 6: Glue on the hats
Glue these together and glue a pom pom on the top.
Then stick them in place on your tea light.
Step 6: Make your snowman smile
Use a black Sharpie to draw on some eyes and a mouth.
