By subscribing to the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Subscription

2.1 The Service allows you to:

• Contribute articles, videos, and other content to the Mas & Pas website with links to your website and booking pages.
• Publish a professional profile page detailing your services and pricing.
• Be featured in Mas & Pas promotional activities.

2.2 Subscription fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable.

2.3 We reserve the right to change the subscription fees at any time. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any changes to the fees.

2.4 You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing us with written notice. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

3. Content

3.1 You are solely responsible for the content you contribute to the Mas & Pas website. You warrant that your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

3.2 We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem to be inappropriate or in violation of these terms and conditions.

3.3 You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content for the purpose of providing and promoting the Service.  

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 The Mas & Pas website and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

4.2 You may not use the Mas & Pas website or its content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

5. Liability

5.1 We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service.

5.2 We do not endorse or guarantee the quality of any services offered by professionals on the Mas & Pas website.

6. Disclaimer

6.1 The Service is provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind.

6.2 We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.  

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the Service.
