CLUES FOR KIDS

There are 2 sets of clues for older children so that you have 12 clues in total to choose from.

We also have 1 set of clues for toddlers so that they can join in too.

Set up your indoor Easter egg hunt

Cut out each of the clues. Each one has a fun and easy puzzle to solve.

Once your child has cracked the clue it leads them to the next place to go to look for the next clue.

Cut out as many as you would like to use. As an optional extra you might want to stick each clue onto patterned card or paper to make it look prettier.

You can either hide a small pile of Easter eggs with each clue or have all the Easter eggs ready at the end of the clue trail.

Hide your first clue

Decide which clue you want your child to start with.

Solve the riddle and put the second clue in that location. So if the first clue leads your child to look in the fridge, put the second clue in the fridge.

Hold onto the first clue, which you will give to your child to start their Easter egg hunt.

Keep hiding the clues to lay the trail

Once you have hidden your second clue, hide the third clue in the place where the second clue leads your child to.

Keep hiding clues in this way until you have hidden the last clue, which will lead your child to their prize.

Hide the Easter eggs

Once you have hidden the final clue, take a note of the last place it will lead your child to look and hide the Easter eggs there.

If you prefer you can hide a small number of Easter eggs with each clue too.

Now all you need are some excited little Easter egg hunters and your hunt can begin.
