Easter bunny napkin rings
You will need:
- Toilet roll tubes
- Felt
- Glue
- Scissors
- Black Sharpie
Step 1: Cut out a bunny shape
Draw bunny ears onto a toilet roll tube and then draw a straight line to mark the bottom section of the tube.
Cut round your lines carefully and you will end up with this shape.
Make one last snip all the way down the tube at the back.
Step 2: Glue on your felt
Spread PVA glue all over your cardboard tube.
Take a rectangular piece of felt, which you will stick onto your tube to cover it completely.
Step 3: Cover your tube with felt
Stick a rectangle of felt down to your glue covered tube. Press it down and leave it to dry.
It helps to pop some pegs on the ends to keep the felt in place as it dries.
Once dry carefully cut around the bunny ears.
Step 4: Add the details
Cut some little ear shapes from a different coloured felt and stick them onto the pink felt of the ears to form the insides of your bunny’s ears.
Then draw on eyes, nose and a smile with a Sharpie.
How to make a table centrepiece
Find a branch with blossoms
A simple way to make a stunning centrepiece for your Easter table is to find and cut off a branch with spring blossoms on it.
Place the branch in a pretty vase or bottle. Stick it to the side of the vase or put pebbles around it to keep it standing straight.
Then simply hang little patterned hanging Easter eggs from the branches. For some quick and easy Easter egg decorations see our Thumbprint Easter egg craft.
