Our baby banana pancakes are good for:
Oats are full of fibre and supply long lasting energy. They fill you up and keep you feeling full for longer. Some recent studies have also shown that oats may even help prevent childhood asthma.
Bananas are a creamy and delicious natural sweetener. It’s best to use a very ripe banana as the riper they are the sweeter the pancakes will be. Babies who are moving on from breast milk or baby milk have a natural affinity for sweet things, so bananas are a great first food. In addition, bananas are high in both potassium and fibre.
Coconut milk is so rich in nutrients. It mostly contains ‘healthy fats’ which are good for babies brain development. It also contains vitamins like iron and magnesium.
