Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 pear
- 1 small piece chicken
Instructions
- Peel and chop the pear into cubes or slices.
- Put in the steamer and steam for 10-15 mins
- In the meantime place the raw piece of chicken in a saucepan of boiling water and boil for 5 mins. Cut open to check it is cooked through and there is no pink inside before serving.
- Cut the avocado into slices
- For the puree, place it all in the blender with about half of the leftover water from the steaming of the pear and blend.
- For finger food, leave the pieces on a sturdy plate for babies to pick up and explore.
- You can always do a bit of both (finger food and puree)
