Take 12 oreo cookies out of the packet and put them on a microwaveable plate.
Microwave for 15 seconds.
Gently twist the top biscuit layer off and place the lolly stick into the cream. Put the Oreo back together.
Melt your chocolate by placing it in a glass bowl over a saucepan of boiling water. Gently heat until melted.
Pour the melted chocolate into a bowl. The bowl should have enough depth to allow you to dip your whole Oreo cookie in the chocolate.
Holding each Oreo pop by the stick, dip it into the chocolate until covered.
Lay the sprinkles out on a shallow plate and coat the chocolate dipped Oreo pops around in them.
Set aside on baking paper or stand upright and pop in the fridge to solidify.
