Oreo pops

These Oreo pops are a great activity to enjoy with the kids on the weekends or for Valentines day. They also work as fun treats to make for kids birthday parties!

Ingredients

  • 12 Oreo cookies classic
  • 150 grams White cooking chocolate
  • 100 grams Colourful sprinkles

Instructions

  • Take 12 oreo cookies out of the packet and put them on a microwaveable plate.
  • Microwave for 15 seconds.
  • Gently twist the top biscuit layer off and place the lolly stick into the cream. Put the Oreo back together.
  • Melt your chocolate by placing it in a glass bowl over a saucepan of boiling water. Gently heat until melted.
  • Pour the melted chocolate into a bowl. The bowl should have enough depth to allow you to dip your whole Oreo cookie in the chocolate.
  • Holding each Oreo pop by the stick, dip it into the chocolate until covered.
  • Lay the sprinkles out on a shallow plate and coat the chocolate dipped Oreo pops around in them.
  • Set aside on baking paper or stand upright and pop in the fridge to solidify.
