Apple, Broccoli and Carrot Puree
A mild and nutritious first puree for baby with fresh apple, broccoli and carrot.
Servings 2 small bowls
- 1 pink apple (about 50 grams) peeled and chopped
- 1 broccoli floret (about 30 grams)
- ½ carrot (about 30 grams)
Peel and chop your apple and carrot. Separate your broccoli into smaller florets.
Place in a steamer or in a saucepan of boiling water.
Steam or boil for 10 minutes until all the pieces are soft and cooked through.
Drain and add them to a blender with a small amount of water.
Blend until smooth.
You can add a little more water if needed to achieve baby’s desired consistency. Enjoy!
