Apple, Broccoli and Carrot Puree

A mild and nutritious first puree for baby with fresh apple, broccoli and carrot.

Ingredients

  • 1 pink apple (about 50 grams) peeled and chopped
  • 1 broccoli floret (about 30 grams)
  • ½ carrot (about 30 grams)

Instructions

  • Peel and chop your apple and carrot. Separate your broccoli into smaller florets.
  • Place in a steamer or in a saucepan of boiling water.
  • Steam or boil for 10 minutes until all the pieces are soft and cooked through.
  • Drain and add them to a blender with a small amount of water.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • You can add a little more water if needed to achieve baby’s desired consistency. Enjoy!
