No cook baby puree with blueberries

Even the best intentioned of us, can end up in a mad panic some mornings. This no cook baby puree has a few simple fruits that can be whizzed together to make an instant puree from scratch.
We’ve used blueberries, banana and soft, ripe pears, but if you don’t have pears that are soft enough you can leave these out and make it just the blueberries and banana.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana ripe
  • ½ cup blueberries (65 grams)
  • ½ pear soft and ripe
  • water or baby's milk

Instructions

  • Wash the blueberries and pear well.
  • Peel the banana and pear. Chop them into rough cubes and place in a blender.
  • Add enough water or baby’s milk to reach your baby’s preferred consistency. We recommend adding water bit by bit and adjusting.
  • Blend until smooth and serve.
