Healthy Bircher Muesli with berries
Our healthy Bircher Muesli is made with fresh berries, chia seeds and sunflower seeds for a great tasting and healthy breakfast. You put it all together in a few minutes the night before. The next morning, you have a healthy and nutritious breakfast with no prep required!
- 100 grams oats gluten free
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 150 ml milk
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 40 grams raspberries chopped
- 40 grams strawberries chopped
Chop your fruit into rough pieces.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
Cover in cling film and place in the fridge overnight.
Enjoy the next morning garnished with fresh fruit or you can store covered in the fridge for up to 2 days.
