Course Snack
Prep Time 10 minutes
Chilling Time 1 hour
Servings 25 gummies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries (125 grams)
  • 1 cup whole milk (240 mls)
  • 5 tbsp full fat yoghurt (90 grams)
  • 3 12 gram packets gelatin
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Put the milk and raspberries in a medium sized saucepan. Heat the milk until warm and the raspberries begin to ooze juices. Keep an eye on it to make sure that the milk doesn’t froth up and use a low heat setting.
  • Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes. Then while still warm, pass the milk and raspberry mixture through a sieve, pressing down to get all the raspberry puree. Spoon around the bottom of the sieve to make sure you get all the raspberry puree.
  • Stir in the 3 packets of gelatin and mix until dissolved.
  • Add the yoghurt, maple syrup and vanilla extract, stir until everything is combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a silicone mould, ice cube tray or onto a baking sheet.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  • Release the gummy mixture from the moulds or if using a baking sheet cut out fun shapes using a cookie cutter.
  • Enjoy these delicious homemade sweets.
